Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

The waitlist is a free, non-binding way to be notified when Kurio launches. Signing up does not guarantee access to the Kurio app, a specific launch date, or any particular features. We may modify, delay, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting measures.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The Kurio name, logo, wordmark, design, copy, code, and all related content are owned by Kurio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kurio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kurio from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kurio is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
